Below is a full copy of my Terms of Service. Before commissioning or recieving art, you agree to these terms. I will do everything I can to make my clients satisfied about their commission(s). I will work closely to make sure you are happy with the result and process.
Guidelines:
By commissioning me, you agree to have read and fully agreed to my terms of service.Prices shown in my Carrd and Artistree are for customer personal use only.I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.I do NOT authorise using any of my pieces as NFT.Furthermore, I do NOT authorise using any of my pieces to train any generative AI Model or for use in an AI in any way not explicitly discussed and agreed upon beforehand.I reserve the right to refuse any commission upfront, for any reason.

Ill behaviour will not be tolerated.I ask that you please communicate in a clear and sympathetic manner, as best you are able.I work best when given artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide; I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, please allow and expect some variations.
Payment:
At the moment, I can only accept payment via Paypal or via Artistree.I expect half payment after initial concept sketches. (Unless you request a sketch commission, in which it is full payment up-front)I will ONLY start working on your commission after receiving full or the first-half of the agreed payment.If you wish to use my work for commercial use I reserve the right to credit for my work and we can discuss payment for production.! Rush fee means that you will be put at the top of my to-do list !We can discuss this together via DM, just state it asap.Personal rights are free of charge.Commercial rights will be decided case by case but start at 150%.
Commission information:Provide references, detailed communication and descriptions.In the case where you have any size, resolution and/or colour mode requirements, please inform me as soon as possible.
If I have already created the file and worked on it, I might not be able to change it.If I have to find references myself, an additional 50% charge of the final quote price will be added.You'll be notified if I added reference fees to the final quote price, so we can discuss it if needed.
Workflow:After sending me the request form, I’ll ask for more details if needed and answer any of your question(s)! Then, I’ll come back to you before 24 hours to give you my quote price.After finding common ground, getting the payment & giving the completion date, I’ll start working on your commission.Step 1 / Sketch stage
I’ll sketch some ideas then show them to you so you can choose and/or tweak one to your liking.
You can expect 3 thumbnails minimum.
The first portion of payment will be requested once this step is complete.Step 2 / Colour stage
I’ll colour the thumbnail of your choosing with base colours.Step 3 / Refining stage
I’ll refine the sketch, meaning working on details in the background and character(s). This is what your commission will look like before I render it further.Step 4 / ALTS (optional)
Making all the alts. Revisions are welcomed.Step 5 / Rendering stage
The most time-consuming part, I might not be able to update you as much as before because I’ll need to focus on the piece.
However, feel free to DM me to see the advancement.Step 6 / Final effects
I’ll be adding effects and filters.Step 7 / Sending files
Finally, you will receive a signed digital file via email to not compress the quality. If the file is too big, I’ll use another image hosting website.
Once the commission is finished, no more changes or edits can be made.
If I have permission to post on social media, I’ll put a special watermark on it.
Revisions:Free revisions are provided as follows:Headshot: 2 revisions during sketches.
Half Body : 3 revisions during sketches.
Full Body : 4 revisions during sketches.Additional revisions after the steps stated previously will be charged 5-20% of base price, depending on complexity.If you wish to change a part of the painting you have previously approved, I may charge an extra fee.If you request a scrapping of the scene in its majority or entirety, you will be charged for the work already completed, with the exception of sketches for full concept work.Any mistakes on my end will be fixed for no extra charge.

The following are forms of requests that I will accept, some may take longer and/or cost more than other pieces. Please discuss with me in your requests for the following:
Humans / Furry.
Monsters / Creatures / Animals.
Most Original Species.
Original Character.
Fanart.
Mild Gore.
Fan-art
Ships
Detailed armour
More than 8 characters in a single piecePlease contact me with detail and patience for suggestive or NSFW pieces, these will take longer and cost more.
I will not do work that falls under the following guidelines:
Mecha
Hateful content
Proshipping content
Rape/Non-con NSFW art
Imitation of another style or artist
Heavy gore
(Please note that these are guidelines only, and I reserve the right to refuse any commission offer before I have begun to work on it.)Examples of art pieces to guide me on the vibe or composition you are looking for are more than welcome, but you should not ask or expect me to copy from them.
I am allowed to deny your request based on behaviour, nature of the request being too outside of my terms or any form of discrimination towards me.
